Steve Henick

Steve Henick is a seasoned business leader with over thirty years of experience in a variety of industries. He has worked in over fifty countries. Steve has been recognized both for his business acumen and his ability to develop understanding and consensus among diverse groups.

Steve is certified by the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and is qualified to mediate for the Maryland Circuit Courts, Maryland District Courts and the Maryland Commission on Human Relations. His mediation experience includes issues of the aging population, family disputes, business to business disputes, co-worker disputes, employer/employee issues, torts and discrimination complaints.

Steve teaches at Anne Arundel Community College and is a Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Maryland University College. He is a graduate of Columbia University and has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate Business School. He is also a decorated U. S. Marine Corps Pilot.
