Carolyn J. Rodis, J.D., M.A. is a mediator, trainer, teacher and conflict coach. She is certified as a mediator by  the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and is qualified to mediate cases for the Maryland Circuit Court and District Court.

Carolyn teaches at Anne Arundel Community College, offers training to mediators and other professionals, and is a trainer for Northern Virginia Mediation Services. She was a trainer for AARP from 2001 to 2008.

Carolyn chairs the Training Standards Committee of the Association for Conflict Resolution's Elder Section.

Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore and holds an M.A. degree in Adulthood and Aging.
